Purchased because I had to have the full series :)

Here is the order of the books, so I can keep track.

Journal Entry 2 by Antof9 from Lakewood, Colorado USA on Tuesday, April 17, 2007
This is a charming series, and I whipped through it in about a week and 1/2. Of course, I refused to stop after each one and write a journal entry ... I just opened the next one and kept reading!

The Kavanaughs are back in Mitford in this one, and we see "the man in the attic" (George Gaynor) again.

I enjoyed getting to know more of the townspeople better in this one, especially Hope, who runs the town bookstore. Hope starts to have a different view on life, and starts to understand the significance of her name. I love this line: Perhaps, she though, it was because she'd given up being a noun, and was being transformed into a verb.

I love Emma forcing Fr. Tim to use a laptop computer. They have a funny interchange about "does it have to be used in the lap?" Which is so uncomfortable, "He'd rather go out in the yard and eat worms." hee hee!

These are off to my mom and SIL :)

Journal Entry 3 by lakesidequilter from Arab, Alabama USA on Tuesday, July 15, 2008
This is one of the books that my daughter, Antof9, sent to me when I was helping my daughter-in-law after surgery.
I liked reading about the way Father Tim dealt with depression and forgiveness. Great examples and real life ways to apply them to ones own life.
I will give this to Betty at the beauty shop in Arab, AL.
