Caught the book from the cafeteria, still there on the desk the next morning despite the bright orange sticker... this traveling book will rest till I read it and off it goes after that...
Read the book, and well, did not like it. Yes the surroundings were interesting, but the total "martyr- I'll forgive everyone-main character" was far from being real.

In the back cover text the style of this book is compared with the style of Laurie Lee, but I can't agree. I tried this, but couldn't read very far. I hope this book finds a reader who likes this more.
