This book brought back memories of when my Dad would read me Winnie the Pooh books when I was little. I love Pooh's style of living. He doesn't get uptight about things he just lives life.

One quote that I like that I think captures what taoism is shows up on page 69.

"Mistakes are made - or imagined - by man, the creature with the overloaded Brain who separates himself from the supporting network of natural laws by interfering and trying too hard."

This was a pretty good book and I want to thank lavale for sharing.
