Journal Entry 1 by gnolte from Frisco, Texas USA on Wednesday, January 24, 2007
This is by far one of my favorite books. I was not a fan of Ken Follett until I read this one. Unlike many others that Mr. Follett has written, this is not a “spy” novel. It is set in the 12th century, and centers around the building of a cathedral. To put the book in perspective: this is the story Ken Follett had always wanted to write, and the story shows his passion of his craft.
