I just received this in the mail, have read the blurb on the back and about 4 pages of reviews(out of 23 pages!) from other BXers. I think I'm really going to enjoy this one and am sneaking it in half way down my "To Be Read" pile. In fact I may even start it while reading another book! Thank you for the trade ezrajimi.
I am so pleased with the eclectic selection of books I have received in trade - a good mystery, a classic sci-fi, and some very different novels. If only there were 48 hours in a day! 24 to do what you you have to and 24 to do what you really want to, including read more!
I've just written release notes for this and relised I forgot to add that I really enjoyed this book. It's uncanny how Wally Lamb was able to empathize so well with a young, traumatized, teenaged/young woman! Now I'll have to read his other book/s.

well...it's got it all. I did not read the back cover and only realised when she had her college medical..........I don't know what Wally Lamb's own experiences are to write such an original story but the main character is realisitic. We've ordered "I know this much is true" The book was found at the country pub, the Kings Arms in Stoborough, Dorset and taken to Brittany to be read by yours truly and my wife. Both enjoyed it immensely and brought it back to be abandoned in Wareham.. We suspect our daughter will rescue it and so it will be bound for the London area.
