Hint: when you buy an exercise book that you plan to try to use, remember to put it somewhere where you'll be sure to see it and remember to do the exercises. Tucking it away in a box in the basement among a bunch of other books-to-be-registered (and then forgetting about the whole thing for half a year) is NOT the way to go!

Now that I've found the book again, I may give it a try; I could certainly use some core strengthening, what with lounging in front of the TV or the computer all day. We shall see.
