This is the story of Johann Sebastian Bach Smith, an old and extremely wealthy man who is dying and manages to buy himself a new chance at life in the body of a beautiful young woman. This is the first successful brain transplant, and Smith has to learn to adapt to his/her new, young, healthy, female body. The one thing he/she can't risk telling anyone is that the body's original owner is still around somehow, helping Johann learn to be a woman and enjoy life again. Or is she just a hallucination?
This was a very good book. I got it from The Book Rack in Auburn, Alabama.

I plan to leave this at the Red Cross Chapter House in Opelika today, after giving blood. The Red Cross and the National Rare Blood Club are mentioned in this book. Heinlein also has a rare blood type (from the book I'm guessing AB-), and was reportedly once saved by a transfusion from a member of the Rare Blood Club who had joined because they read about it in this book.
I'll make release notes later.
