This is one that I got many weeks ago (*gulp*) from littlemave. And it's been sitting in a green bag under my computer desk ever since. So, before I get a push from littlemave, I thought I'd better get my act into gear and make notes on some of them at least. :)

Thanks for the pre-registered labels, littlemave! It's going to make this a lot faster!

This has to be one of my all-time favourite novels. Hopefully I'll get a chance to re-read it before I release it!

picked up the book in the Domain, Sydney City in March 2007. Put it in my to read pile and didn't pick it up again until early 2009. One hundred years of apologies !!!! I only get the chance to read for an hour here and there, so it's taken a while. I had always intended to read it one day, but found it heavy going I admit. However, will always be in awe of the ability of the author to write such a book, spanning generations and eras. Left in the grounds of St.Johns Church, Darlinghurst, Sydney, NSW on 21/10/2009.
