I read the Foundation trilogy several years ago and cannot now remember the plot at all. I seem to recall enjoying them 'though, so maybe I'll read them again and annoy anyone in earshot with mumbled comments like "Oh yeah!" and "That's right"...

Sending to Christina82 who requested it. I'll see if I can pick up another copy. I'm sure they are not in short supply.
Got it earlier this week.
Thanks for sending it to me Forager...

This book was really boring... It was only around the last 40 pages or so that I found it remotely interesting. As "Foundation" was a bit boring too, I had hoped that the story would get more interesting in this book but it didn't. I've started reading the last book in the trilogy (Second Foundation), and so far I like that one. So maybe reading this trilogy will not be a complete waste of time.
As this has gotten a little worn around the corners I have added a protective cover to the book...
Paperback from 1972, 172 pages.
From the cover:
This is the second volume of Asimov's world-famous trilogy, one of the great classics of science fiction. This story takes us into the holocaust of galactic conflict where, among million worlds, two mighty movements clash over the destiny of the Universe...grappling for crontrol amid the chaos of the stars - and only one can survive...

I got it in the mail a few minutes ago along with a few BX stickers and a BX pin :) Thanks Christina, and I'd like to take you up on the offer of getting Second Foundation as well when you're done with it.
