I found a bunch of good stuff at Goodwill the other night!

I'm a huge fan of Jennifer Weiner, and didn't even know she had a new book out (where have I BEEN?!). Good in Bed was one of the first pieces of chick lit I ever read, and I really liked it. In Her Shoes wasn't quite as good (but I *loved* the movie!), and then my interest in her was rekindled with Little Earthquakes. In fact, I even told total strangers in a bookstore to buy it (here's the story).

All that to say, I'm excited to read this one :)

started on the plane home from Newark today and finished it this evening. More comments later :)

So I didn't make my comments right away, and now I don't remember much about this book at all. What I do remember is that none of her subsequent books has been as good as her first, Good in Bed. Little Earthquakes came close, and In Her Shoes made a good movie, but so far, Jennifer Weiner hasn't made me absolutely love a book again since her first.

And because I gave myself the summer off from writing book reviews, I don't have much more to say here, so I'll add this to my "available for releasing" pile and see where it goes next.
