Picked this up at the Carondolet YMCA's annual BookFair 2006 - on $7/box day - Releasing for You're Such an Animal 2006.

MY name is Kevin, I work for Whole Foods Market of St. Louis. I found the book while working and brought it home to read and go to the website. I will soon drop it somewhere. I actually live in Alton, Illinois so it has crossed into another state while in my hands. I am typing this at my mothers house in shipman Illinois. SO it has already traveled around 70 miles.
