These are just some of the treats on offer in this sumptuous box of delights.

What a lovely book. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of the short stories. I found some quite disturbing and others moving. I only wish the book had been bigger! I've never read any of Philippa Gregory's books before but I have one TBR and shall look out for her in the future. It's on it's way to longfordmaine today and I hope he enjoys it too.

Received in the post today. I have one book still to finish before I can start this one. I love Philippa Gregory's historical novels so am looking forward to dip into her short stories.

Notes delayed due to being on holiday.

I absolutely loved this collection. The one about the camera and the one about the grammar school were my favourites. Gregory's reputation remains intact with this reader.

I have PM'd the next on the list for an address to send this on to.

RELEASE NOTES:

In the post to the next bookcrosser today ...

Can''t wait to read this, I''ve read all of Philipa Gregory''s historical novels, so it will be interesting to see what her short stories are like.

I absolutely loved this book. I'm not usually a fan of short stories, but I am a huge fan on Philippa Gregory's and this is a real winner.

It's off in the post today to Portugal and silvia-pco after I'd delayed the Ring for a very long time!

Enjoy....

silvia-pco informed me that she got the address of Ftarazu and mailed it a while ago, but it seems the book might be lost in mail... Sorry everyone who signed for this ring.
However, I still hope it resurfaces one day...

Excellent news! I was checking my mailbox today, and imagine my surprise when I opened a package only to find this book inside it! One can only imagine where it has been for so long... but it is in a surprisingly good condition.

I contacted voveryte, who was, of course, very happy to know this little friend is back and okay. She very kindly gave me the opportunity to read it before sending it back home; I'll do so ASAP.

I'll keep you posted!

What a lovely book. It had been some time since I've read short stories and I liked these very much. All of them where beautifully put together; my favourite was the one about the camera, specially because it had that supernatural fell to it that never fails to draw me in.

Thanks for sharing, voveryte! I'll send this fellow back home soon; I hope it'll have a safe journey this time :)

Journal Entry 15 by silvia-pco from Murtosa, Aveiro Portugal on Sunday, May 16, 2010
On its way home, popped it on the mail last Friday. Thanks again for sharing :)

The book has arrived home safe and sound! Thanks Silvia for sending it back to me! What an extraordinary journey..
I'll let it rest for now until further travels...
