It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.

I borrowed this from my sister and read it. It's been on my Amazon wishlist for years, as one of those books I'd been meaning to read one day. I read it several months ago at this point but I recall that I liked it. I was surprised at the direction it took but it was a neat read.

Thoroughly entertaining and interesting too. A VERY easy and fast reading flow. Felt extremely modern, but still great fun. (For some reason i was expecting some grand historical epic. This, instead, felt like a very current novel in attitude and style, full of lots of interesting old timey factoids).

Had no idea it was such a dark story, although it never FELT particularly dark while reading it. Perhaps because the character of Mary was so fascinatingly without real depth of emotion, mostly, the horribleness of much of what happens didn't strike so deeply? (does that even make sense?).

Had no idea it was, loosely, based on real events until I finished reading it. That's kind of fun. Feel like I know more about the world of prostitutes in London in the 1700's. Not sure that's a good thing, but there it is. :) Appreciated the often matter-of-fact portrayal. Several entertaining bits. Was VERY surprised at how the book finished. Good stuff.
