I have really enjoyed Paul Johnston's futuristic crime series set in edinurgh, and so had high hopes for this one. Although it is by no means a bad book, it isn't particularly great either. It was a bit long winded, so wasn't able to keep up the pace required in a thriller.

My partner thought this was over-complicated and not a patch on the Edinburgh series.

found this book on wansfell, the lake district.must confess did not read it but did not want it to turn into litter on the fells.will be releasing it back into the wild but somewhere more suitable.
