We're in the process of turning the reading room/book exchange shelves in our building into a UBCZ. (That's what happens when you ask a BookCrosser to tend to keeping the shelves tidy and filled.) Since our building has a number of international and bilingual residents, books in other languages than English are extremely welcome. This book is now part of the book exchange at The Bristol, here in Charleston, SC. It was sent by linguistkris from Germany and received with much gratitude.
I've been to Sienna, though never to the horse race. Wish my German was good enough to tackle it. It's not, but there are other residents (including javaczuk) who will hopefully give it a go. Thanks again for sending it along!
