From the back cover:

Cuddly Mo Bedemier, Trenton's favourite ice-cream seller, has gone missing. Stephanie Plum, carbohydrates' biggest fan, needs to track him down. But it's not raspberry ripple she's after: Mo's jumped bail, and Stephanie's job is bounty-hunting.

Nobody can believe Mo would do anything wrong. But Stephanie - with the help of big blonde Lula, good cop/bad cop Joe Morelli and fitness-freak Ranger - soon discovers that Mo has more than candy in his basement. Uncovering the truth about Mo is one thing, but coping with dead drug dealers, a man-sized chicken and a seriously bright hair colour is pushing Stephanie to the edge. And when someone holds her hamster to ranson, thing look like they're getting deadly.

Another great Stephanie Plum read - I love these books! You never know what Stephanie's going to get up to next.

This is going on to the available's, but I'll probably put it in the next Oz VBB if someone doesn't claim it before then.

I am enjoying this series. I think what I have liked the most so far, are the characters and the humour. The plot takes second place, which is an odd thing to say, I know, as that is usually the most important part of a novel..well, it is for me. In this book, Lula has a bigger role and a lot of the humour stems from her, as opposed to Plum's grandmother who took on that role in the last book. Also, there is more about Ranger in this book. He is a mysterious character who gets 'fleshed out' a bit more in this installment.
I look forward to reading the fourth book.
