I picked this up today at the Scholastic booksale after just happening upon it. I read the back cover and was instantly intrigued. I must admit, I bought this one for myself, but I do intend to share it with my son if he is interested.

This was a great book. I can't wait to share it with my son Jsport. I hope he likes it as much as I did. It gets across messages like you should think about the consequences of your actions, how harmful exclusionary school cliques can be, and that people should be themselves. The book is fun and interesting, not preachy.

9 out of 10

This is a book about a worm who eats words. When he ate the words, the things the words said disappeared. A girl named Lerner finds him and tries to use him she should but something always turns out wrong. Will she be able to fix it before it is too late?
I really liked this book.
