It only took me about half an hour to read this... What a disapointment to get it over with so fast, I wish the book had been much thicker:) This was a fun little book to read and as oisec said, the hand-written anotations by Harry, Ron & Hermione made it even better! I also liked the foreword by Dumbledore and his words of advice to Muggle purchasers:)
What fun! I can't wait to read "Quidditch Through the Ages"! Thanks for sharing Smurphie!
Looks like a fun book (and the notes from Harry, Ron and Hermione that I saw while flicking through it made me laugh) so will read it soon.
I have to agree with the other readers - over much too quickly.
I really enjoyed this book. It was well written and gave me a few chuckles. The notes through the book were quite fun too.
Wish I could see a pic of the Antipodean Opaleye - the New Zealand dragon.
Will finish reading the other book and post them both off soon.
And note to self: remember to send envelops on as well!!
Mmm... I would love a snidget and a puffskein as pet (perfect for when I have a cold!) Also, I wish Harry has scribbled more in his textbook.
I have yokaye's address already and this book will be on its way shortly.
Loved these little tidbits of the wizarding world...a perfect companion to the series.
This book is headed home either today or tomorrow.
Thanks to all for taking part and to emmagoldmanzine for the postcard.
So the order is as follows:-
slidegirlcass - USA
livrecache - Australia
Sobergirl - Finland
Then home to me.
I've included a postcard for you all and would love to get one from where this book has been on it's travels in return.
Hope you all enjoy these books.
