I picked this up at the used bookstore today.

The back cover made this sound like it would be funny but, sadly, I didn't find it amusing. Someone else might, though.

Epeli Hau'ofa is from Papua New Guinea and Tonga.

One long fart joke, and not even a particularly funny one. Or it might be a searing satire on both conventional and alternative medicine; you never know. But it took an awfully long time to say not very much.
