1 journaler for this copy...
I was quite interested to read this book, especially as Pamuk has been so recently in the news.
This book is a fascinating insight into modern Turkey and the religious and political forces that are at play there, particularly in rural areas that are far from cosmpolitan Istanbul. It was extremely well-written and the characters were sympathetic. This novel definitely drew me in.
It is time, though, to release it into the wild!
Welcome to Bookcrossing and thanks for taking the trouble to visit this site! I hope you enjoy this book. When you have finished with it, make a journal entry to let me know it found a home then send it back out into the world again for someone else to find. Sharing books is great karma - enjoy this one!
