Found the book on a ledge outside the National Archives when I was going in for a reading. I'd seen someone else standing there looking at a row of books laid out so I went over to see what was up. I'd read about Book Crossing in the newspaper, so I knew what to do...

Unfortunately, I cannot remember how I found it. However, my wife and I enjoyed the book especially since we are quite active in Chapter 2 & 3 (as opposed to sin 2 & 3.Lol.
