I love this author! Not as good as the Mma Ramotswe series, but that's probably because of the way it was written. Some bits are rather far-fetched, but a good read for all that.

Reserved for beckydore as the copy brought to Mozfest for her was taken (sounds like a jumble sale where, if you put your coat down for a second, someone sells it!).

Thanks Gill for bringing this to uncon for me.

Novel written as a daily serial for publication in a newspaper so 109 short chapters - must have only take readers a minute or two to read each.

Quite a different style to the Mma Ramotswe series. Made me laugh in places and others reminded me of people I know.
