I have always admired and respected the Dalai Lama, and now even more so. So many people should read and take on board this book. He doesn't push religion at all, just his belief in happiness, compassion, respect, and in ourselves. He certainly is 'The Art of Happiness'. Definitely a book I will buy and/or read again at a later date. Thanks so much Moo for sharing this one with me :o)
