From the back cover: "It is dusk on July 17, 1996. A man and a woman who are married - - but not to each other - - make love on a Long Island beach as a video camera records their pleasure . . . and something more. Out over the ocean, TWA Flight 800 suddenly explodes with 230 victims on board, the terrible blast illuminating the sky. The government's verdict is mechanical failure. But the videotape may tell another story -- if it can be found."

The first book of DeMille's that I read, and a real page-turner.

This was a very exciting novel, based on an actual event but, supposedly, fiction.
I makes you wonder what actually goes on behind the scenes in the "homeland security"
world of the CIA and FBI!
I got it from Golfguy and plan to mail it, in a book chain letter deal, to someone in Florida who may (or may not be) already a bookcrosser.

I thought Wow! a Book! when I got the mail today and when I saw the Canadian post, thought it had come from maggiemuffet. I was sent a book chain request from another bookcrosser I didn't know, and thought I'd give it a try. Thanks so much for keeping it going and thanks for the book! What a day brightener on this very un-typically cold, rainy day in (usually) sunny Florida! I will try to read it before wild releasing it for a Bookcrossing Challenge. Thanks, again, Ontario bookcrossers!!!
