Paul's Pass-Along Book #2146

I loved the children's reactions to a sick child in their class. I work in healthcare with children and often wonder how they are treated when they return to school. My wish is that all children would have a friend like Bluish.

This is a lovely story of friendship and looking beyond the surface. I am sending this book to Clare to replace another book in the Paul's Pass-Along book bags!

About fifty years ago, I attended elementary school with some children who had health problems. I think life would have been happier and easier for them if books like BLUISH had been available for teachers to share with classes.
I'm glad I got to read the book now, and will share the story with my own school class when the need for special understanding and friendshipping arises.
