Given to me by my best mate Sal for my birthday this year, to celebrate our running career :-)

This was a truly wonderful book and I am such a fan of Paula Radcliffe. She has so many determination, talent and solid commensense. I think this book really shows how level headed she is about her running and her career and she is very truthful about her failings when things go wrong.

It is obvious how much she loves running :-) My claim to fame is that I've run with her twice... except that she didn't know this of course! The women's Hyde Park 5K (she finished befôre I even crossed the starting line!) and the 2001 Great North Run. We were about halfway round, when the course loudspeakers annouced that Paula had run, and we all just cheered !
