I am a Koontz fan, this is not news, but this book kept me on the edge of my seat, burning the midnight oil, and generally in suspense all the way through....
Billy Wiles is just a normal, hardworking guy until one day he receives a note from an anonymous source telling him that he has two choices: 1. Go to the police with the note and the killer will murder a young schoolteacher. 2. Do not go to the police and the killer will murder an elderly woman who is active in charity work. And Billy has 6 hours to decide who will die...
From this point on, the novel moves at breakneck speed with Billy doing things he never imagined...

Can't give away too much, but this is a great novel...
