I hadn't read this before, but many of the stories were familiar. I found Pooh's dimness rather annoying. I loved the picture of Eeyore looking at his restored tail, so cute!

Winnie-the-Pooh is an excellent classic. I have memories of my mother reading this book to me as a child. As a child, I loved the dialog between this unforgettable cast of characters. I found the stories interesting and captivating. My favorite characters were Eeyore and Roo. I sympathized with Roo's gloominess and I loved Roo's enthusiasm.

Thank you so much for the lovely book! I am really looking forward to reading it. :) I'll have to keep this around to read more to the little one I nanny once he's a bit older and can sit still longer.
