Cestmoi brought me this book at a recent MeetUp in Toronto saying she thought of me when she found it....and such a great choice..I am a Davies fan and since his passing this is likely to be as close as I will get to having a conversation with him before I die since the book Viridian gave me on increasing my pyschic powers did not result in my being able to reach the dead !

Oh goodie! I think this is my top score of the day. Picked this up at the mini-meetup in Toronto tonight. I love reading Robertson Davies works (my fave is the Cornish Trilogy), so reading this will add some extra insights.

Er, I still have not read this despite having it in my possession for over a decade. :-(

Over on LIbraryThing, I am participating in a couple of challenges, one of which is for Canadian authors. Robertson Davies was one of 2 authors for January, and although it has been many many years since I've actually read Davies, I have read his Deptford trilogy as well as the Cornish Trilogy. I am curious to have a look at this book of conversations. I just hope it doesn't take me as long to get to it as it took you! ;-)

You know, I really wanted to read this but alas, old age is catching up to me. I am honestly finding the print too small!! This just isn't going to work for me. Dammit
