I was given this and though I'd heard good things about it, I just couldn't get into it. Maybe someone else will get on better with it.

I haven't been able to (virutally) go anywhere wihtout tripping over this book, in recent months. Everyone's been talking about it ... numerous book rings, Richard & Judy's book club, various sites' book of the month, special offers in bookshops...
The first time I read the info about this book, I wasn't that taken, and have resisted signing up to it on a random bookring as a result. But the more I read people talking about it, the more it sounds much more interesting than the Amazon write-up would lead me to believe.
This is the first time I've seen it wild released, though, so I just had to pocket it and find out what all the fuss is about.
