I took my car in for service and this book was on the table in the waiting room. I was very interested in where the book had been and wanted to keep it going. I have never read any books of Tony Hillerman, but I am really enjoying this one. A note to Rororosie...thank you for releasing this book and I do want to read more of his books. I picked it up at Saturn on Saturday. Again, thank you for the book and for introducing me to BookCrossing thru A Thief of Time. I am also going to release it and hope the next person enjoys it.
I found this book in Mesa at a Walmart Grocery store....Im from Goodyear like 40 miles or so west of where I had found the book. I have read five or six other of Tony Hillerman books. So you can Imagine my surprise when I found this book on a trash can outside the store. I thought it was pretty sad that someone had left this book on a trash can. i haven't read the book yet ....I just wanted you all to see where I have been....I now have a temporary happy home.
I am Journal entry 3 on this page. I found the book at Saturn in Tempe and read it and really enjoyed it. I released it today at the Walmart in Mesa, but I had left in a shopping basket for someone to find. I did not leave it on the trash can. I would never leave or throw away a book. I hope you do enjoy this one. As you can see by my first entry, I have not read Tony Hillerman before, but I will now, as I really liked this book. I'm glad perfect 79 found the book and hope you will like it. Again, I;m sorry someone took it out of the basket and put it on top of the trash can.....I did not. But like you said, now it has another temporary happy home, like it had with me. And I'm sure you will release it to yet another one.
