This little volume turned up at Kudu Coffee- a donation to the shelf. It is in Japanese-( or maybe Chinese, but I think it's Japanese), but try as we might, John, Jeff and I couldn't figure the title out. We had great fun making up several possibilities,

There is an ISBN 4-10-132708-4 and when I did a websearch on that and then translated the web page it said the title is Instant Truth by Jiro Akagawa. So, if you believe the internet, maybe it is that. It also says 検索結果詳細 出版者, 新潮社. 出版年, 1986.

The choice is yours.

If someone finds this book speaks or reads Japanese, and can confirm that this is indeed the title, would you be so kind as to Join BookCrossing and send me a PM so that I can change all the details on the Book?

Released 18 yrs ago (3/31/2006 UTC) at Kudu Coffee And Craft Beer - 4 Vanderhorst St in Charleston, South Carolina USA

Hello bookczuk,

You asked if anyone could read the title of the book. My daughter knows
Chinese so I asked her. This is what she said:

The title is: "Suo Jieguo Xiangxi" Suo means "to search" Jieguo means
"outcome" or "result" and Xiangxi means "detailed", or "in detail". So
it's about searching for something. And the rest of the Chinese he put on
there is "chuban zhe" which means publisher, and "xin chao she" which
means "new tide society" which is the name of the publishing company, and
then it just says the year released.

So, it is Chinese and the title is not "Instant Truth." I hope this is of
help to you.
Sincerely,
Questingbeast
