I prefer the complete and unabridged classics to the adapted versions, but these are designed for young readers, and they can be great for introducing young people to classic literature. Kidnapped is a much-loved tale by famous Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson that I enjoyed reading when I was young. I hope whoever finds this copy enjoys it just as much!
