While the author's world building annoyed at times, I really enjoyed the story. I'm glad to hear that the person I thought was gone, is coming back in the sequel. (Trying to avoid spoilers)

I am so bummed out! I took this book with me on vacation and just couldn't get into it at all. Usually I love all paranormal romance, but I thought this one was a little corny for some reason. I'm still determined to read more books by this author though, since they sound very good! Best of luck to the next reader. :)
