The end of the Cold War has lessened this book's impact somewhat, but it's still a great thriller and worth a read (or reread).

Hunted this book down at the Subway. Saw the movie years ago - looking forward to reading the book!
Even though the story is a bit dated (and I got lost with some of the naval details), this was a hard book to put down. Just when I thought the story was over, a new twist came along. Pretty cool...
