The postman brought me this book today , thank you, macewoman! It had almost a 2-month-travel from USA to Finland, but it has now found safely a new home :)
EDIT 31.08.2006
RayneQueen accepted this in BBC Top 100 -book relay, so Bronte will leave Finland back to USA. I had no ability to concentrate on this book, so I went to the library to look the Finnish translation of the book. Unfortunately it was not the language that made this book difficult for me. I suppose my state of mind was not good for this kind of literature now ...
I hope Wuthering Heights finds new readers in the future, I'll follow the way of the book !

Received today, thanks!
I thought it was quite horrible, actually. But it was the story that made it so, and the detestable characters; the writing was good enough to keep me interested in spite of that.
Donated to Georgetown Public Library's Friends' bookstore.
