This was not as GOOD as Tiger's Eye - But it was an interesting addition to the Dirk & Steele series

One can sum up Liu's sequel to her Tiger's Eye (2005) as X-Men meets James Bond, but that shortchanges the lyricism and emotional sophistication of her prose and doesn't hint at the larger story she's just beginning to tell.
