I got this book from a girl at my Hostel. I originally thought it would be boring but was pleasently surprised to find that I actually enjoyed the book a lot. It was a great book, totally absorbing from beginning to end.
Cosa Nostra mainly focuses on Sicily but also describes the birth of the American Mafia. The book provides a real insight into the workings of the Mafia.
I'd recommend this book to anyone who has ever ben interested in learning about the Mafia.
