5 out of 10

I didn't really enjoy this book although it was okay because the characters didn't capture me and the plot is entirely too predictable.

Former beauty queen Julie Carlson suspected her husband of having an affair and secretly followed him one night. But she lost him and instead, run into Mac McQuarry. Mac offered his services as a P.I. while having reasons of his own to go after her husband Sid. But they are actually the prey and not the hunters as they try to find out exactly what's going on.
