The second book in the hilarious Shopaholic series!
Mailed to summerbreeze along with the two other books as a ring.
Crap I forgot to register these books when they came in. I am soooo sorry, they came in the mail, I opened the parcel, put the books away because I had company come over for a few days and then had to go and work crazy hours. Anyway, I am home, organizing etc and came across the books and realized I had them for a week and a bit now. I have one book ring ahead of this one, so I will get to them as soon as I can.
Whew I just finished this one today. I love how involved with Rebecca Bloomwood I have gotten. When I put the book down half way through, I suddenly felt panicked that my finances were going nuts. I had to go back and finish reading the book.
My favorite part of this book is when she tried to show Suze that she cleaned her room up, and Suze looked in the closet and everything exploded, it was so hilareous. I couldn't stop laughing. This is such a great read...time to get the third one going.

As good as the first. I'm so glad you decided to bookring 3 at once, aunt-sophie, I don't think I could have waited for the next installment! On to book 3!

I simply loved them 3 Shopaholic. I found Rebecca hilarious, UNIQUE. Had me in stitches throughout the books, I found myself laughing out loud many times *-)
P.S.: Although Oliveoils didnt make any journal entries, I know she enjoyed the "Shopaholic" rings!

27.1. I picked a big package from the post office today and this was one of the books in it.

14.6. This second book was written in a similar way as the first book, mainly how the story was constructed. The shopaholic first annoyed the hell out of me, but I figured it will turn out much more interesting towards the end like it did in the first book. And so it did. Of course the characters are not that complex as in real life, but I didn't really expect that. I enjoyed the book and I look forward the third book to spend with the shopaholic, but I do have to read something else between these books.

another fast read. this one about did me in again--put it down a few times. Becky ends up in a nearly identical situation due to overspending. then she gets really, really embarrassed. there is big drama. luke still loves her. life is good.
she's a very endearing character though. fun and sweet--i'm dying to know what her astrological sign is. my bet is gemini. :)
