Hatch died and was miraculously revived. But, with his return to life came an eerie connection to evil.

Welcome to the group, poppertoes! I'm so glad you found my book!
I took my class to Aquarena Center yesterday and found the book on the vanity in the women's restroom. I felt like Alice--the book said, "Pick Me Up", so I did. My suspicion is that it is a fledgling and just flew and I am the first pickup. It's a Dean Koontz and I used to read him years ago. I don't think I've read this one, perhaps I will. I love this idea, already told my daughter about it--she's at UT Austin. If I don't happen upon a better release site, I thought UT would be an excellent site for this fledgling to fly from. I plan to tell my book loving family and friends about this and get them started on it, too.

Picked up in the Clay Hotel (South Beach, Miami), releasing back into the wild somewhere in Antigua, Guatemala.
To be honest, I'm really not a fan of the author, and this book didn't change my mind about his work -- I got about half-way through on the plane, but doubt I'll finish it.

I had been wandering Antigua for a couple of days looking for a good book that wouldn't cost more than my room and board when, lo and behold, this lovely, free book caught my notice on a coffee table in the Black Cat Hostel. While it wasn't the best book, it was good for travelling because it was possible to read the story in short bursts without losing intricasies and it was relatively long. I carried the book from Antigua, Guatemala through El Salvador, into Cuba, and back to Canada. Now I'm trying to determine the best place for release... I'd like to leave it in a place that the person who finds it will keep it going on it's adventure. Maybe the University campus?
