I read it on my train trip home and enjoyed thencalming thoughts especially as the train was stopped at Berowra because a woman passed out and apparently died. We all had to get a train back a station to squeeze on the next one out to the Central Coast.
This little book quotes from many sources and finishes with my favourite: "If the only prayer you say in your entire life is 'Thank you', that would suffice.
