I picked this up for my son at the BC meet-up today. I thought it was one he didn't have yet, but he loves these books and had this one already. Here is his BC review of the book-
"Jessi and Violet are the first ones to see their grandmother. Grandmother is very strange, but the two girls are able to help her get better and soon the two boys come. Benny and Henry are a lot of help too. They find a little hut on her land. But they have to find out who is living in the hut, because someday it will be their land."

Since this is a duplicate copy, I will make it available for trade or wild release.

Congratulations on winning the "March Creative Wild Release" challenge. The prize is actually the handmade bookmark I included inside this book. I was reading down your wish list and did not have any books that were on it, but I did see that you wished for books for children in the age group this book is meant for. I thought you might have a child the right age for this book. I also saw your wishes for children's books for a mass release project, so if you don't have a child who would like this book, I figure you will find another use for it.

This arrived today with the very pretty bookmark. Thanks so much! I love the Boxcar Children books! We do have this one but we will have fun releasing this copy. Thanks so much! It is great!
