Bringing this to the Modesto Meetup on Feb 11th.
Got from Leester at tonight's Modesto Meetup. The Toronto Connection comes through again!
I'm almost finished and will realease it soon. I wanted to make a journal entry while it was still fresh in my mind. I always enjoy Dick Francis, as much for the characters as for the plot. His heroes are always so competant, so HEROIC in an understated way. I suspect Dick Francis must be the same.

I received this book as a trade at the Modesto, CA meet-up on 3/11/03. I am starting to read the book now. I'll write again when I finish it.
This book was okay. I'm not sorry that I read it. The English sure have funny sayings. I like the two stories running side by side. Thought it kinda ended abruptly.
