This book has not been rated.

I found this at Half Priced Books today. I am looking forward to reading it. I still need to read 4-6 first though.

8 out of 10

I enjoyed this series, but am glad to be done with it. It was very long and consuming. This last book in the series was even more sci-fi than the rest. I felt like a few parts leading up to the ending where a bit predictable, but the ending was not. The ending wasn't as mind blowing as I had hoped after dedicating so much time to get there, but I don't know what would have been.

I must admit, I got kind of bored and impatient around page 600 of this 800 page book, but my interest picked up again quickly.

It was obvious that Stephen King did not know where he was going with this series. He seemed to write with the no clear destination in mind. Fortunately it all came together well and the tie ins to his other works was intriguing.

I am glad I finally read this series. I had read almost everything else by King but this.
