Being an editor at a pet trade magazine, we get lots of books to review. Sometimes I get to bring some home. We got about 5 copies of this one, so I brought it home, even though I'm not a cat person.

Just came in today's mail. I am so excited.

I am looking forward to reading this and sharing the best parts with my own cats.

And then I'll save it to into the Cat Bookbox that I'll be getting sometime this year.

This book spoke to me on what has been a horrible day. One of our outside kitties, Leelu, was struck by a car and somehow made it into the garage before he died. Our vet told us that there really was no way he should have managed that. So I thought I'd add lesson 201 - "Always know where home is. It is where someone will take care of you, no matter what."
