This book has everything. It is a little confusing for the first couple of chapters but stick with it, it's sooooo worth it!

Journal Entry 3 by BelindaOZ from Vancouver, British Columbia Canada on Tuesday, February 07, 2006
Received this book from Abi and really enjoyed reading it. Wasn't sure really where it was going in the beginning but it didn't take long for me to get hooked. It is quite long but there is so much information and different aspects to the story that it doesn't feel like a long novel and the way that it is written makes you want to just keep reading.

Journal Entry 6 by aunt-sophie from Gatineau, Québec Canada on Tuesday, March 07, 2006
March 7, 2006 - I received the book today as part of a bookring. I'll try to read it ASAP. March 13, 2006 - Wow! I read over 600 pages over the weekend! (Only the last Harry Potter beats that record, ha!) As they put it on the back cover, it is really an "unputdownable" novel! I really enjoyed it. It has a bit of everything in it - family conflicts, death, illness, love, uncovered secrets, mystery, politics, etc. Thank you for sharing, abismithy! March 14, 2006 - Mailed to mysteryfan03.

I finished this in a couple of days, but realized that I had not journaled it! I really liked this book, It is the best so far that I have read by this author. I could not put it down. While I did not care much for Lily in the beginning, she really grew and changed in the book. The other characters were interesting and mostly likeable. Thanks so much for sharing this with me! It will be on it's way to the UK soon!
