Wow -- what can you really say about this one? I will say that at first I found myself completely lost and trying to grasp what was happening, but it was worth the effort and then some. By the middle of the book I was totally engulfed in the lives of the characters, and now I find myself wishing for "the further adventures of..."

Recieved this in the mail Friday and am sooooo looking forward to reading it. I have a book and a half to get through (rings/rays galore) but knowing that robbins is waiting is a super incentive to read like mad for the next while - will do my best to get to it ASAP so that it can journey onward :)

Wow, this was quite the book. For the first hundred or so pages I wavered between really liking the book and being annoyed with it, but by the time I hit two hundred I had decided that I officially liked it - and I must say - wow, what an ending! That in itself made it worthwhile.

This book was as bizarre as I had expected, but somehow also different than expected - I think it was the style - I am not used to reading "you". All in all, a good read. After still life with woodpecker I look at red heads differently - and now frogs....
