Although the subject couldn't be more abstract or philosophical - about the boundaries most people feel between themselves and the world - this book was written so clearly, so understandably, I really sensed that letting go of these imaginary boundaries was something good for me. the book also shows how to deal with this.
There are several therapies, with western and eastern approach, all aiming at distinctive and different levels of boundaries.
This one is for keeps. I might want to read it again. As I grow older, I expect this book to have a different impact on me.
