Even though I had read this book, I truly enjoyed listening to this book again! I chuckled at silly Stephanie, Lula and Connie! The kidnapping scene was hysterical.
I will reserve this for a future audio box.

Going into booklady331's cd only bookbox.
My close friend has read every one of this series, but I've never gone near it. Decided to try it when I saw this in booklady's all-CD audiobox.
Finished it today. Wacky entertainment for the commute, but not really my cup o' tea. I'm still glad I found out what the famous Stephanie Plum is all about.
Update 09/13/08: Sending this out in Carlissa's aidiobook box (Round #3).

Took this out of Carlissa's CD Audio Bookbox. I listened to Fearless Fourteen, and I thought it was entertaining. Looking forward to listening to this.

Selected from Carlissa's CD Audion Bookbox. Yay!
I'm a relative latecomer to actually reading the Plum books. I read the first one years ago, but I think Grandma Mazur struck a little too close to home, where we had our own brand of eccentric old lady living with us. I managed to release almost all the numbers, but didn't read any of them.
Then Bumma, our own dear live-in grandma (who was more likely to tote a book than a gun, but still could confabulate even the strongest of minds) got breast cancer and I could only read light stuff. I began listening to some of the later Plum books (higher numbers) on audio, and found them a good diversion. I'd rather save my actual reading time for a somewhat deeper book, but listening to these while driving is fine.
This was a fine driving book, and filled in some gaps in the story for me. And I know who I'd choose between Ranger and Joe, but I'm not telling. I'm just waiting for Stephanie's dessert fetish to catch up to her hips.
I'll put this into another CD box that should be arriving in a in the next couple of months.

Putting this into Booklady331's CD book box. I'm all caught up to date on Stephanie throught # 15. Good thing 16 is coming out this month!
I seem to be accumulating several Evanovich's in my audio TBR stack. But they're nice, light reading & sometimes I need that. :') Removing from the box....
Another fairly enjoyable episode in the Stephanie Plum series. Love the sexual tension between Steph & Ranger.
Sending off to PBS member. Enjoy! :')
